David is a member of the International Association of Financial Planners. He completed his B.S./B.A. majoring in finance and has attained the professional certifications of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Certified Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. Mr.. Core has over 15 years experience in planning, record keeping, and administration of employee / executive benefit plans.

David Core is an active member of NAPEO and a prime contributor to the curriculum for retirement planning for NAPEO's PEO University. He has been extensively published within the Professional Employer industry with contributions to the PEO Insider and the ProEmp Journal. Donal Ford
President

Donal K. Ford, QPA is President of Pinnacle Financial Services, Inc., a Third Party Administrator for Pension and Profit Sharing Plans located in Lantana, FL.  Mr. Ford graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He joined the Pinnacle Financial Services team in 1994 and is responsible for the operation of the organization. His expertise has resulted in streamlined operational procedures and improved quality control. Donal is a Credentialed Member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries and is actively involved in the South Florida Benefits Council. Mr. Goler graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Business Administration. With over 20 years of business experience, David understands the value of the business services provided by Professional Employer Organizations. David joined the team in 1994. He applies his excellent communication skills to marketing and client development. In 1995, David was named National Marketing Director. He is actively involved in supporting our development efforts in the Professional Employer industry. David A. Ms. Hartery graduated from F.I.T. with a degree in advertising and marketing. She operated a successful graphics design business from 1984 to 1989. Dyane joined the team in 1989 and is responsible for creative design, marketing and public relations.
